It is with great honor and sincere appreciation that I accepted the role of Chairman of the Federation of Democratic NGOs Nepal (FEDEN). I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all participants, partners, and supporters whose knowledge, dedication, and financial contributions ensured the success of this important gathering. Your collective commitment reflects the shared vision and strength of our federation.

Through stable and visionary leadership, FEDEN has reached a meaningful consensus on its mission, values, and strategic objectives. This clarity strengthens our collective direction and will significantly enhance the positive impact of our initiatives in the years ahead. Together, we are building a foundation that supports sustainable progress and meaningful collaboration across democratic civil society organizations.

My commitment is to lead FEDEN in alignment with democratic norms, transparency, and accountability. We will prioritize strengthening networks among democratic NGOs throughout Nepal, promoting inclusive cooperation, and establishing operational systems that are efficient, transparent, and responsible. Capacity building for member organizations, mobilization of supportive resources, and coordinated engagement with stakeholders will remain at the core of our responsibilities and future actions.

With unity, trust, and shared purpose, I am confident that FEDEN will continue to grow as a strong platform for democratic values and social development.
